  2. Hold a valid Commercial Pilot Certificate in a category other than Rotorcraft/Helicopter
  3. Have a minimum of 100 hours of logged PIC or solo time in a powered aircraft
  4. Have a minimum of 20 hours of logged dual instruction in a powered aircraft
  5. Obtain a minimum of 150 hours of total flight time
  6. Pass an FAA Commercial Pilot Helicopter Practical Test
  7. Have a minimum of 10 hours of logged instrument flight time
  8. Obtain a minimum of 55 hours of flight time and 20 hours of ground instruction as per course outline
