R-44 50-hour Inspection
- Remove, inspect, and replace oil filter.
- Change oil - 9 quarts of fresh oil.
- Remove, clean, inspect, test, and rotate plugs.
- Replace 12 spark plug gaskets.
- Remove and inspect oil screen.
- Remove and inspect fuel strainer.
- Check alt belt tension.
- Check lights.
- Inspect engine.
Approximate time for labor 2 hours.
Total cost = $200.00.
R-44 100-hour Inspection
- Remove, inspect, and replace oil filter.
- Change oil - 9 quarts of fresh oil.
- Remove, replace, and test spark plugs.
- Replace 12 spark plug gaskets.
- Remove and inspect oil screen.
- Remove and inspect fuel strainer.
- Check alternator belt tension.
- Check lights.
- Inspect engine.
- Replace air filter.
Approximate time for labor - 12 hours.
Total cost = $850.00.
R-44 Annual Inspection
- Remove, inspect, and replace oil filter.
- Change oil - 9 quarts of fresh oil.
- Remove, replace, and test spark plugs.
- Replace 12 spark plug gaskets.
- Remove and inspect oil screen.
- Remove and inspect fuel strainer.
- Check alternator belt tension.
- Check lights.
- Inspect engine.
- Replace air filter.
- Flush and fill gearboxes.
- Transponder Certification (if needed)
- Wash
Approximate time for labor - 13 hours.

- 4400-hour overhaul will have an additional charge, due to extra parts.
- Turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks, with services being performed at Pacific Helicopter Leasing in Arlington, WA.
- Please do not travel with your logbooks. Overnight them to our office, and we will overnight them back upon completion of the work.
